International law firm Eversheds has announced the hire of a four strong pensions team from Cobbetts.
The team is headed by Partner Richard Shelton. Richard’s extensive pensions experience includes advising the sponsoring employers and trustees of a number of large well-known pension schemes. His practice also spans advising clients on the pensions aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and on the winding up of pension schemes. Richard has first hand knowledge of the issues that pension scheme trustees face, having previously managed an independent trustee company.
Richard is joined from Cobbetts by Principal Associate Simon Roberts, Senior Associate Patricia Critchley and Associate Cat Ellis.
