International law firm Eversheds has appointed CMS Cameron McKenna Banking and Finance partner Alex Doughty as a partner in its London banking team.
Alex has a wealth of experience spanning multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on emerging markets. As well as providing general advice on a wide range of banking, infrastructure and project finance matters, he has been involved in the structuring of over US$50 billion of debt finance-related deals across several industry sectors; recently spending the majority of his time on energy transactions, including the oil and gas sector.
