Freshfields Boosts Finance Practice in Paris with Appointment of Emmanuel Ringeval

International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has appointed Emmanuel Ringeval as a partner in the finance practice. He will join a team specializing in leveraged lending.

Emmanuel has wide-ranging experience in all areas of bank financing, with a particular focus on leveraged lending and debt restructuring. He has advised private equity funds, financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged acquisition and recapitalization transactions for many years.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Emmanuel was head of the banking & finance practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Paris, where he has been a partner since 2005. Avocat à la Cour admitted to the Paris Bar, he graduated from the University of Aix-en-Provence and the University of Montpellier.
