Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Brian S. Fleetham as a Member in the firm’s Grand Rapids office.
Mr. Fleetham specializes in health law, general business and corporate law. He has extensive experience representing physicians and other health care providers on business transactions, contracts, corporate governance, arrangements with hospitals and other facilities, and regulatory matters such as Stark, HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and compliance matters.
Mr. Fleetham is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Law and Business Sections. He is also a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers, and selected by Best Lawyers as the “Lawyer of the Year” for Grand Rapids Health Care Law in 2012. In the community, Mr. Fleetham is a member of the Board of Directors for Health Intervention Services and a volunteer coach for Rockford Community youth sports.
Mr. Fleetham received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Hillsdale College and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
