Ayesha Hasan has joined the London office of international law firm Locke Lord as a Partner from Berwin Leighton Paisner. She has significant experience in real estate investment and finance work and in recent years has specialised in insolvency/restructuring work for her clients, which is an important and growing practice area in the Firm’s London office.
Hasan represents a wide range of clients, including major banks, receivers, property companies, administrators, real estate funds, small private property companies and high net worth individuals operating in different asset sectors, including industrial, shopping centres, offices and retail parks. She is listed in the Legal 500 2011 as “one for the future” and is a member of the Investment Property Forum – the Next Generation and Women in Property.
She regularly presents workshops and training sessions regarding topics in her practice area. Hasan took her Law Degree at University College, London.
