Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce the addition of partner Lance J. Wilkerson in its Birmingham office.
Previously a partner with Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP, Mr. Wilkerson joins the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group and focuses his practice in the areas of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities compliance, and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Wilkerson has significant experience representing financial institutions in connection with the financing of equipment, such as aircraft and rolling stock. He also works in the intellectual property arena, advising clients on software licensing and the selection and protection of trademarks.
