Locke Lord Adds New International Partner Rob Askew in London Office as Part of Corporate Practice Group

Rob Askew has joined Locke Lord’s London office as an International Partner in the Corporate Practice Group, adding strength to the UK team’s capacity in general corporate as well as cross-border investment transactions.

Askew has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. He regularly advises clients on joint ventures and restructurings and represents companies and institutional brokers on initial and secondary public offerings of shares. Askew’s experience includes helping clients invest in emerging markets, particularly in Russia, China and Hong Kong. He comes to Locke Lord from Salans where he was part of its global corporate group.
