International law firm Eversheds has appointed SJ Berwin competition partner, Lesley Farrell as a partner in its EU, Competition and Regulatory Group.
Lesley is a leading competition lawyer with expertise in both contentious and non-contentious competition law. She is particularly well known for her competition litigation experience, including cartel damages actions before the High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Previous cases include acting on behalf of Generics UK in having criminal charges relating to cartel activity dismissed following an appeal to the then House of Lords.
