Clyde & Co is delighted to welcome David Moore as a partner in the firm’s infrastructure department in London.
With vast experience in transport infrastructure working with clients including Virgin, Arriva and High Speed 1, David will be primarily be focusing on rail and roads, both domestically and internationally.
David’s expertise as a transport projects lawyer has been recognised by the legal directories which have described him as: “a judicious and intellectually astute transport projects lawyer” and “an effective operator”.
John Morris who heads the International Projects and Construction Group said: “We are delighted to have David on board. David brings with him over 15 years of top flight infrastructure experience and will help drive forward our thriving global infrastructure practice.”
David has advised on major projects in the UK and internationally including the operational aspects of High Speed 1 for London & Continental Railways, the development of a tolled bridge crossing in Turkey for a major Japanese trading house, railway PPPs in India and the Oystercard and East London Line projects.
David added: “I am thrilled to join the growing team at Clyde & Co. The team is going from strength to strength and this is a fantastic opportunity.”
David joins from Herbert Smith where he was partner.
