Veteran Labor & Employment Lawyer Guy M. Allen Joins Littler Mendelson

Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, today announced that Guy M. Allen, a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing management in a variety of labor and employment matters, has joined the firm. Allen will be a shareholder in the firm’s Melville office.

Prior to joining Littler, Allen was a partner at Abbott, Reiss & Allen P.C. Allen has a broad range of experience representing employers in all types of employment matters, including complex employment litigation, trade secret and non-competition litigation, class action avoidance and defense, and single and multi-plaintiff cases involving claims for wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination. Allen also counsels clients on a variety of employment practices and issues, including employment contracts and release agreements, reductions in force, and employee handbooks and policies. His clients include practices in the medical and dental fields and companies that transcend many industries.
