Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Brent T. Salmons as a new partner in our Business and Real Estate Group.
Mr. Salmons, who practices out of the firm’s Washington office, represents public and private companies and investors in a broad range of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and debt restructurings. Mr. Salmons has extensive experience in the energy and project finance, telecommunications, media and technology and real estate industries. He has represented clients in transactions ranging from 50,000 to over a billion in mergers and acquisition and capital funding.

Mr. Salmons graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center and holds a degree in Accounting.
