Crowe & Dunlevy recently announced Thomas B. Snyder has joined the firm as a director in the litigation and trial and the white collar crime practice groups in the firm’s Oklahoma City office.
“Crowe & Dunlevy is honored to have Thomas join our firm,” said Kevin Gordon, president of Crowe & Dunlevy. “His experience in criminal and business litigation will be a great addition to our team.”
Prior to joining Crowe & Dunlevy, Snyder was an associate in litigation at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP in San Diego, Calif., where he managed complex business litigation, including white collar criminal defense, real estate and construction, lease negotiation and litigation, labor and employment, bid disputes and protests, shareholder claims, unfair competition, trademark and intellectual property, creditors rights issues, land use and general business litigation.
In addition, Snyder worked as an assistant United States attorney (AUSA) for the Southern District of California. As an AUSA in the General Crimes Division, he handled a wide variety of cases involving the prosecution of federal crimes, including alien smuggling, controlled substance importation and trafficking, deported alien and illegal entry, bank robbery, firearms trafficking, immigration fraud, bulk cash smuggling, wire fraud and assault.
Snyder received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, where he participated in the Harvard Defenders and worked at the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy, magna cum laude from Baylor University.
