Leading Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer Joins Norton Rose South Africa

International legal practice Norton Rose South Africa has announced that Charles Ancer, has joined the Johannesburg office as a director in the corporate mergers and acquisitions department.

Ancer specialises in the mining and energy sectors and has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients in relation to corporate, regulatory and transactional matters. Ancer also possesses a broad range of general commercial law experience. He has advised clients on the establishment of prospecting and mining operations as well as the purchase or disposal of assets and operations in jurisdictions across Africa including Mali, Algeria, the DRC, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria and Mozambique.

Before joining Norton Rose South Africa, Ancer was a director at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc.
