Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented SunTrust Bank as co-lead arranger, co-administrative and documentation agent in connection with a $135 million financing for independent broker-dealer, Cetera Financial Group, Inc.’s closed acquisition of Genworth Financial Investment Services, a self-clearing broker-dealer.
SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Madison Capital Funding LLC, and RBC Capital Markets served as co-lead arrangers and bookrunners. Madison Capital Funding LLC acted as administrative agent and Royal Bank of Canada acted as syndication agent in the transaction.
