Harry Clark, Clark McFadden Join DC Offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has hired Harry Clark and Clark McFadden for Washington legal jobs, according to a press release.

Clark comes aboard as a partner while McFadden joins the firm as a senior counsel. The two attorneys joined the international law firm after leaving Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Both are joining the firm’s international trade team.

Clark was the co-leader of the international trade practice group at Dewey & LeBoeuf and specializes in advice for major corporatioins and industry associations regarding the laws for trade and investment.

McFadden’s practice focuses on helping corporate clients in the international trade arena with a particular focus on litigation, regulation and legislation. His foreign affairs and international trade experience was developed through prior relationships with congressional committees, the U.S. Department of Defense and the National Security Council.
