Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Frank Mariage and Steve Boucratie have joined the firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Mining groups as partner and associate respectively, as of June 1, 2012.

Frank Mariage has over 15 years of experience in mining, securities and corporate finance law and has provided legal counsel to a number of mining exploration companies in Canada and abroad. He has also developed expertise in going-public transactions. Frank currently sits as a member of the Québec Mineral Exploration Association’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee and is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
Steve Boucratie has six years of experience in commercial and corporate law, focused mainly on the mining industry. He has developed particular expertise in private financing and securities law.
