Saul Ewing LLP is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Frances R. Roggenbaum as a Partner in the firm’s Business and Finance and Insurance practices.
Roggenbaum is a recognized name in insurance regulation in Pennsylvania. Her practice is concentrated on the corporate, transactional and regulatory aspects of the insurance industry. In addition to providing regulatory advice to insurers and insurance producers on a national basis, Fran assists businesses in self-insurance and risk management strategies, both in Pennsylvania and nationally. Roggenbaum has extensive experience working on multi-state regulatory issues for insurers, reinsurers, alternative risk entities, insurance producers and other insurance intermediaries, including licensing requirements, coverage mandates and filings, investment limitations, and transactional and financial reporting.
Roggenbaum is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Structured Settlement Consultant and a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel. She is a frequent lecturer on insurance law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, Central PA I-Day and the Central PA Chapter of CPCU. Roggenbaum was a former associate and later a partner at Saul Ewing, where she was vice chair of the Insurance Practice from 2004-2005.
