Christopher M. Locke Rejoins Epstein Becker Green’s Corporate Services Practice in Washington, D.C.

The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green (EBG) today announced that Christopher M. Locke has rejoined the Corporate Services practice as a Member of the Firm in the Washington, D.C., office. Locke previously worked in EBG’s New York office from 2005 to 2008.

Most recently, Locke was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served as the lead investigator on multiple high-profile, complex overseas investigations requiring extensive coordination with the Department of Defense, the CIA, the FBI, the Department of State, the US Attorneys’ Office, and several foreign governments. At EBG, Locke will focus his practice on representing publicly and privately held companies with securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, venture capital financing, debt restructuring, and other commercial transactions.

“We are always pleased when one of our talented alumni returns to the firm. We foster a culture of a strong commitment to clients and our employees. Through EBG Connect, the firm’s alumni initiative, we stay in touch with former attorneys and take pride in their successes outside their work at EBG. Christopher’s public service experience will add to the contributions he will make in serving EBG’s broad client base,” said David Matyas, the Administrative Shareholder for EBG’s Washington, D.C., office. “We are happy to have Christopher on board with us again.”

Locke said, “I am excited to return to EBG as part of the Corporate Services group after four years working in the Department of Justice. I was drawn back to the firm because of its talented and collegial attorneys and strong industry focus, which includes health care, financial services, and hospitality, among others.”
