Morrison & Foerster is pleased to announce that Bradley D. Wine, a highly-regarded government contracts lawyer, has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Wine will be the Co-Chair of Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts Group.
Mr. Wine has extensive experience in representing a wide range of government contractors and other businesses in highly-regulated industries with a focus on civil litigation, compliance, and client counseling. His clients include start-ups to Fortune 50 companies in the defense, health care, research & development, security and infrastructure, and information technology industries. He has special expertise in investigations and alleged violations of the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and defective pricing and export licensing matters. Mr. Wine is a first chair trial lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and internal investigations as well as counseling, including developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting management and key personnel training, and settlement negotiation.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Wine was a partner and administrative head in the Government Law and Strategy practice at Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Washington, D.C. In 2006 he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, the governing body of the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.
