Hogan Lovells has recruited two corporate partners in Milan. Luca Picone and Francesco Stella join Hogan Lovells from Linklaters on 1st June 2012. Their team also includes Of Counsel Luca Magrini.
Luca Picone has spent the last five years as a partner at Linklaters and the previous five years as a partner at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. He advises on domestic and cross border M&A, reorganizations and joint ventures.
Francesco Stella has been a partner at Linklaters since February 2008 and was previously a partner at Gilberti, Pappalettera Triscornia & Associati, the leading private equity boutique in Italy. He advises on joint ventures, mergers and acquisition with a recent focus on financial institutions.
