Simmons & Simmons Advises Bank of America Merrill Lynch on Share Placing

Simmons & Simmons has advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch as sole bookrunner to JAB Holdings B.V. in connection with its £1.2 billion placing of ordinary shares in FTSE 100 multinational consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.

Corporate partner Chris Horton led the Simmons & Simmons team with fellow Corporate partner Julian Perlmutter advising on U.S. securities law aspects. Corporate Tax partner Nick Cronkshaw and associate Zoë Arnautov also advised on the transaction with Financial Services partner Richard Sims providing regulatory advice.
