Armstrong Teasdale LLP announces the addition of attorney Jennifer Byrne as a partner in the St. Louis office. She is a member of the Corporate Services practice group and focuses on general corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and finance.

Byrne earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.S.B.A. in Accounting and International Business from Saint Louis University. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar and the American Bar Association and is a Certified Public Accountant.
