Locke Lord Advising New Vision Television in Approximately $330 Million Transaction to Sell Local Broadcast Stations to LIN Television Corporation

International law firm Locke Lord represents New Vision Media in its pending transaction to sell several of its award-winning local broadcast stations to LIN Television Corporation, a part of LIN Media. The approximately $330 million transaction, plus the assumption of certain debt, is expected to close by the end of this year and includes stations in eight U.S. markets that New Vision has owned and operated during its more than 20 years as a leader in the local television broadcast industry.

Atlanta Partner Neil Dickson led the Locke Lord team advising New Vision leading up to the company’s May 7 announcement.
