Lowenstein Sandler has enhanced its Commercial & Business Litigation practice with the addition of David S. Sager as a Member of the Firm.

Focusing his practice on commercial litigation, securities litigation and appellate law, David represents businesses in commercial disputes throughout the United States. His experience includes representing clients in matters arising from acquisitions and divestitures, franchise and distribution relationships, consumer class actions, and traditional contract and business disputes.
