Goulston & Storrs Expands Probate Litigation Practice with the Addition of Leading Probate Litigator, Mark Swirbalus

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that Mark Swirbalus has joined the firm’s Boston office as a Director.  Mark joins the firm’s litigation group where he continues to focus his practice primarily in the area of probate litigation.

Mark works with beneficiaries, executors, administrators, trustees and charitable organizations to resolve a range of disputes and interpretive proceedings arising out of the administration of estates and trusts.  In his thriving practice, Mark counsels individuals, banks and trust companies, and charitable organizations in connection with fiduciary liability claims, will and trust contests, instruction and declaratory judgment actions, instrument construction actions and trust reformation actions.  Additionally, he advises clients on trust and estate property disputes, tax disputes and contested accountings, conservatorships and guardianships.
Mark is recognized by Chambers USA, as well as Super Lawyers, as a leading litigator in Boston. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Mark was most recently a leading trial lawyer in the Probate Litigation and Controversies practice at Day Pitney.
