Walter Tinley Anderson III, a leading corporate and securities attorney in the Atlanta market, has joined Womble Carlyle.  Tinley comes to Womble Carlyle from Paul Hastings’ Atlanta office.

Anderson, a Chambers-rated attorney, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers and corporate finance. He has guided clients through complex corporate transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars. 

 “I believe my clients will greatly benefit from Womble Carlyle’s focus on value and client service.” Anderson said. “The ‘new normal’ is that outside counsel must be more attuned to the needs and concerns of clients, and Womble Carlyle is leading the way in this regard.”

For example, Womble Carlyle has been working closely with the Association of Corporate Counsel on the ACC Value Challenge, which seeks to better align outside legal services with the needs of corporate clients.
