Pepper Hamilton Enhances Intellectual Property Practice with Addition of Michael J. McNamara

Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that Michael J. McNamara has joined the firm has a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, resident in the Boston office.

Mr. McNamara concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation, with particular emphasis on patents relating to electrical systems, solid state devices, optical systems, semiconductor fabrication, computers, communication networks and software. He advises clients and participates in all phases of litigation, from initial counseling through trial and appeal. He has worked on cases involving a broad range of technologies, including cellular and land line telephone systems, network switching, fiber-optic systems, internet and search engine technology, on-demand video content and liquid crystal display technology.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. McNamara was a partner with Goodwin Procter.

Mr. McNamara received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2000 and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Tufts University in 1995.
