Hunton & Williams LLP announces Jeffrey M. Sullivan has joined the firm as a partner with the firm’s real estate capital markets practice. A former partner at DLA Piper, Sullivan focuses primarily on the real estate industry, regularly advising investment banks, public companies, including REITs and their boards of directors, private investment funds and other private businesses on capital raising, investment and other strategic transactions.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Sullivan received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Legal 500 cited him for his REIT practice, commenting that he is “simply outstanding” (2009) and Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business ranks him as an “Up and Coming” lawyer in the Capital Markets: REITs category (2011).
