Richardson & Patel Opens Princeton Office

In another significant move towards further expanding its litigation practice and geographic footprint, Richardson & Patel LLP announced the hiring of Ralph Ferrara and contemporaneous establishment of its Princeton, New Jersey office. Mr. Ferrara’s experience includes general litigation with particular emphasis on construction and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Ferrara brings with him the former Assistant General Counsel of Keating Building Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini (NYSE: PCR).

Prior to joining Richardson & Patel, Mr. Ferrara was Managing Partner of the Cherry Hill, NJ office of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP and Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group. Prior to that, he was Chair of the Construction Industry Practice Group at Wolf Block. He graduated in 1985 from Seton Hall University School of Law and from Rutgers University in 1982 with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and English.
“Ralph’s background in working on complex litigation is a welcomed addition to our team,” said Nimish Patel, Managing Partner.  “We have seen a significant rise in litigation activity nationwide and Ralph’s addition, along with other recent practice expansion, is reflective of a need to fulfill driving demand,” added Mr. Patel.

“I was attracted to Richardson & Patel’s growing platform and substantial presence in California and New York, which will allow me to service clients on a broader scale,” Mr. Ferrara said. “It was refreshing to find another group of attorneys who view their clients in similar light since the firm clearly has established its culture for keeping sight of the business goals of its clients,” added Mr. Ferrara.
