Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC today announced the addition of shareholders Sean M. Girdwood and Brian D. Trudgen to its Financial Services and Real Estate Finance Practice in Pittsburgh.

Within the past several months, the firm has added associate Megan Thompson in Pittsburgh and shareholders Dennis Moyer and William Basil to its Financial Services and Real Estate Practice in Washington, D.C. Both Girdwood and Trudgen previously practiced in Thorp Reed & Armstrong’s Commercial, Real Estate & Public Finance practice group, where Girdwood served as practice group chair.
