Dinsmore Opens Second Office in Pennsylvania

One of the region’s largest law firms has expanded its geographic reach in Pennsylvania, welcoming five attorneys formerly with Burns White LLC. Dinsmore has opened an office on the Route 202 corridor in suburban Philadelphia in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The new office, located at 1200 Liberty Ridge Drive, becomes Dinsmore’s second in the state following an expansion into Pittsburgh a decade ago.

Rich O’Halloran, a partner who previously served as the Chair of Burns White’s Business Practices Group, will serve as the office managing partner. He’s joined by attorneys Lindsey Hoelzle, Eric Levine, Alyson Ricker and Marshall Schreibstein.
“We are honored that this distinguished group of attorneys has joined our firm. One of the firm’s strategic goals is to keep pace with continued client growth and this is certainly another step in the right direction,” said George Vincent, managing partner of Dinsmore. “These attorneys are well-known for excellence and their move to Dinsmore expands our ability to handle clients’ commercial real estate, banking and financial needs throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
Over the last five years, Dinsmore has added 150 attorneys and opened five offices, including a move into the nation’s capital last year. Expansion in Pennsylvania is fueled by continued client growth and the ability to provide local support and enhanced client service.
“We couldn’t be more excited about this move,” said O’Halloran. “We believe that Dinsmore is the perfect fit for our clients and for us personally. From every perspective – the range of service offerings, the quality of the professionals providing those services, the great history of the firm and the markets Dinsmore covers – this is a tremendous move for our clients and for each of us professionally.”
These attorneys bring extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial mortgage-backed securities, as well as in banking, regulatory and transactional matters. All of the attorneys previously worked out of Burns White’s Philadelphia and Princeton, New Jersey offices.
