Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the additions of Thomas H. O’Donnell, Jr. and Melinda S. Blundell to its Corporate Finance Practice Group as members in the firm’s Charlotte office. Prior to joining Dykema, O’Donnell and Blundell were members at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC.

Their arrival represents the latest move in the continued expansion of the firm’s Charlotte office, which opened in August 2011 and is anchored by top financial services lawyer Donald C. Lampe. The office is Dykema’s first in the Southeast and gives the firm an established presence in North Carolina, the second largest banking center in the U.S.
