Foley Hoag Adds Veteran Corporate Partner in Boston

David Walek has joined Foley Hoag LLP in Boston as a partner in the Business Department.

 
David, who joins Foley Hoag from Ropes & Gray, will counsel clients on corporate and securities matters. His clients include technology, life sciences, energy and manufacturing companies, as well as a number of other public and private companies.
