International law firm Ince & Co is delighted to announce the appointment of corporate partner Tanya Nash to the Business and Finance Group in London. Tanya joins the firm as a partner from SNR Denton, where she started as a trainee and was promoted to partner in 2005.
Tanya has over 16 years’ experience and advises clients on corporate transactions including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund raisings, start-ups and restructurings.
She has experience of a number of business sectors and concentrates on energy and natural resources, aviation and financial institutions. Clients she has advised include oil and gas companies, from start-up independents to majors, banks, insurers and airlines.
This appointment follows just a month after corporate senior associate Matthew Stratton joined the firm, bringing expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and investments.
