Katten Hires Prominent Antitrust Litigator Andrew Klevorn

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that Andrew Klevorn has joined the firm as part of its commercial litigation practice focusing on antitrust and complex litigation.

Mr. Klevorn has broad trial experience spanning a wide variety of issues, including the defense of class actions, grand jury investigations, construction claims, mass torts and product liability, arbitrations and breach of contract matters. In addition, he has counseled organizations with respect to proposed acquisitions, and has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Klevorn has represented major businesses including Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Holcim (US), Inc. and CITGO Petroleum Corporation. 
Chambers USA has recognized Mr. Klevorn as a leader in the antitrust field, describing him as a “polished and self-assured attorney who really instills absolute trust in his clients.” 
Mr. Klevorn graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 1983, where he majored in economics, and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1986. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. 
Mr. Klevorn previously was with the firm Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP, of which he was a founder, for the past 11 years. Prior to that, he was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP.
