Andrew is a renowned City litigator and advises clients on a range of banking and financial services issues including insolvency related disputes, investigations and regulatory work and M&A disputes. He is also experienced at handling arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations.
Andrew said:
“Eversheds London FSDR practice is a fast growing team with a City-wide reputation for high quality work with wholesale and investment banks, funds and fund managers, brokers and other regulated entities. I look forward to joining this dynamic environment.”
Ian Gray, Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Eversheds said:
“Andrew joining us is part of a continued investment in our FSDR practice; he is the eighth litigation partner to join us in the City in the last three years. Andrew is well known to me personally, having worked together in the 1990’s. He is a proven top flight City litigator, well regarded by major institutional clients and former colleagues alike. Andrew will add further strength in depth to our FSDR practice, as we continue to grow both organically and with more lateral hires.”
Andrew’s hire is part of Eversheds’ London growth strategy which has seen the recent appointments of high profile lawyers, including partners Richard Lewis, Howard Barrie and Marc Meryon.
