Eversheds Adds to London M&A Practice with Hogan Lovells Partner Hire

International law firm Eversheds has appointed senior Hogan Lovells M&A partner Richard Lewis as a partner in its London M&A practice.

Richard, a partner since 2001 has extensive experience in high level M&A and corporate finance. His broad corporate experience also includes takeovers, demergers and joint ventures.
Richard has worked on a wide spectrum of transactions, covering life sciences, financial institutions and industrial sectors. His clients include major international pharmaceutical companies and insurers, together with automotive and consumer goods manufacturers.
