Fasken Martineau, a leading international law firm, announced today that Stuart Hills has joined the firm’s London office as a partner.

Stuart Hills has extensive expertise in Banking and Finance and has acted for a number of major financial institutions, private equity sponsors and lenders on a range of transactions. 

Before joining Fasken Martineau, Stuart was a partner and Head of the London Corporate group at DMH Stallard. He has also been a partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges and O’Melveny & Myers. 

Stuart Hills brings strong experience in banking having worked for Standard Chartered Bank as a banker for five years. During his career, Stuart has dealt with banking and financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Rothschild and Deutsche as well as many major private equity houses and corporates.
