The Seattle office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Charles P. (Charlie) Carter as a partner in its corporate practice. Carter joins K&L Gates from the Summit Law Group, PLLC.

 

Carter’s practice focuses on the representation of high-growth companies in a wide array of corporate areas, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and corporate governance. His clients include companies in the software, Internet, medical device, clean technology, and consumer product industries.
