Dechert Takes on New Tax Team in Paris

International law firm Dechert LLP announced today that Bruno Leroy has joined the firm as a partner in Paris and will lead the tax group. Prior to joining Dechert, Bruno was a partner with SNR Denton in Paris and head of its French tax practice.

 
Bruno has more than 15 years experience as a tax consultant advising multinational corporations, investment funds and boards of directors across the spectrum of tax-related matters including financing issues, restructurings, acquisitions, transfer pricing and wealth (patrimonial) tax. Key past transactions include advising Red Bull on the restructuring of its French business and Continental Airlines on several major acquisitions.
Joining Bruno in Dechert’s Paris office are counsel Pierre Bouron and associate Damien Fenard.

Bruno is a graduate of University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Paris Institute of Political Studies) and University of Picardy Jules Verne. He is a member of the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English.
