Mark Duedall has joined the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP as partner in the Atlanta office. He practices with the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Group. Duedall has represented various parties in restructuring matters, including acquirers, debtors, secured and mezzanine lenders, creditors committees, and other professional advisors. He has also handled corporate matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and finance transactions.
Previously, Duedall was a partner with another large international law firm. In addition, Duedall served as head of the Southeast Financial Restructuring Group with the investment bank Houlihan Lokey, where he represented clients in capital markets transactions and distressed sales.

Duedall received his J.D., with distinction, from Emory University School of Law in 1994 and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University in 1991. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Delaware.
