Global law firm White & Case LLP advised PagesJaunes Groupe SA on its acquisition of Fine Media, publisher of popular consumer portal ComprendreChoisir.com, which receives more than1.5 million visits a month.

PagesJaunes Groupe is a European leader in local advertising and web-based information services. It posted revenues of €1.1 billion in 2010.

The White & Case team was led by partner Hugues Mathez, assisted by associates Jean Paszkudzki and Adrien Moretti, all of the Firm’s M&A/Corporate practice in Paris.

This is the third transaction acted on by White & Case for PagesJaunes in recent months. In May, the Firm advised PagesJaunes on its refinancing of €350 million in senior debt, as well as its acquisition of ClicRDV, a leading provider of online appointment scheduling solutions.
