Simmons & Simmons Advises Kentz Corporation Limited on its Move from AIM to the Main Market

Simmons & Simmons has advised Kentz Corporation Limited, the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, on the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority with a premium listing and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities.

Kentz is a global engineering specialist solutions provider, which serves a blue chip client base primarily in the oil and gas, petrochemical and mining and metals sectors. The shares of Kentz were previously traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc (symbol: KENZ). In the year ended December 2010, the company generated revenues of US$1.06 billion and profit before tax of US$67.5 million.
The Simmons & Simmons team was led by corporate partner Edward Baker assisted by senior corporate associate Rachel Lewis with support from corporate associate Pieter de Visser.
