Prominent Washington, D.C. attorneys Donald Santarelli and Marshall Berman join Dinsmore in unveiling the firm’s newest office. Santarelli and Berman have joined with Dinsmore’s 450 attorneys to establish the firm’s presence in the nation’s capital. Joining Santarelli and Berman in Washington, D.C. are Dinsmore attorneys Joseph Terry, Ben Wells, William Sherman and Robert Beatty, Jr.

Located in the heart of Washington, D.C., Dinsmore’s new office in the Federal Triangle, at 801 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W. “represents the next step in the firm’s client-centered growth. Following moves into three state capitals, the time was right to expand our capabilities in the nation’s capital. This office represents the fourth significant expansion in three years, following mergers and significant lateral hiring in Ohio and Kentucky that grew the firm from 300 to more than 450 attorneys,” said Vincent.
Donald Santarelli, a former senior U.S. Department of Justice official, federal prosecutor, and agency administrator, brings a wealth of regulatory, corporate governance and corporate internal and external investigations experience to the firm. He served five times as a Presidential appointee, four times confirmed by the U.S. Senate, for three different Presidents. Santarelli has handled legislative, regulatory and enforcement matters before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury and Department of Homeland Security.
Marshall Berman brings his more than 40 years of public and private sector experience in labor, employment and administrative law to the firm. Berman has served on the Chairman’s Staff and in the Appellate Court Branch of the National Labor Relations Board, as Special Master for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, as a senior labor and employment partner in national law firms, in addressing government relations matters and as a business litigator.
