McDermott Advises on Acquisition by Moelis Capital Partners

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP represented Moelis Capital Partners in connection with its equity investment in NAPA Management Services Corporation (NMSC).

NMSC is a medical practice management company that provides management services to North American Partners in Anesthesia, LLP (NAPA) in New York and its affiliated physician practices in New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Moelis Capital Partners, an affiliate of Moelis & Company, manages over $700 million of committed private equity capital and a $1.2 billion co-investment program and targets investments between $25 and $100 million in leading middle market companies.
