Shearman & Sterling Advises Symphony Technology Group on Acquisition of Shopzilla Inc. from Scripps Networks Interactive Inc.

Shearman & Sterling represented Symphony Technology Group in its definitive agreement to purchase Shopzilla Inc. from Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. in a transaction valued at $165 million.
