Constangy, Brooks & Smith Announces New Madison, Wisconsin Office

National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP is expanding its presence with the addition of a Madison, Wisconsin office.  This is the firm’s 23rd office and its fourth new office since 2009.  Madison is the firm’s second new office this year; Constangy’s Dallas office opened in January. The Madison office is headed by partner Mark P. Tilkens, and joining him as partners are Daniel D. Barker and Elizabeth Erickson Pevehouse.  Also joining the office is Tony H. McGrath as an associate.

“Our new Madison office is a great addition to the Constangy Family,” says Neil H. Wasser, Chairman of Constangy’s Executive Committee.  “We are fortunate to have been able to take advantage of a number of growth opportunities in recent years.  Along with our St. Louis office, which we added last year, and the Firm’s long-standing Kansas City office, our new Madison office enhances our presence in the Midwest.  Our Madison lawyers are passionate about client service and bring distinguished academic and professional careers to our Firm. They’re simply a great fit for us.”

“I am thrilled to join Constangy, one of the leading management-side labor and employment firms in the country,” says Mark Tilkens.  “Constangy shares a core value with the five of us: we put clients first.  Dan, Elizabeth and Tony are some of the best teammates and lawyers in this part of the country and, like Constangy, we feel strongly about a practice dedicated to labor and employment law and client service.  We have a strong local presence and reputation.  The addition of Constangy’s national resources is a big plus for our clients.”
