Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as joint book-running managers of an SEC-registered offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75% notes due 2016, US$1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.50% notes due 2021 and US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.75% notes due 2041 by ArcelorMittal.
