Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced that the firm has advised BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and Credit Suisse as initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $260 million of senior notes by Valassis Communications, Inc.

Paul Hastings also advised BofA Merrill Lynch as dealer manager for Valassis’ tender offer for $242 million of its existing senior notes, which was financed with the proceeds of the senior notes offering.
