CMS Advises Largest Dental Corporate Group in UK

CMS Cameron McKenna LLP is pleased to have advised longstanding client Integrated Dental Holdings Limited (“IDH”) on its merger with with Associated Dental Practices (“ADP”) in a deal worth some £450 million. The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”)  will hold a majority stake in the newly combined entity and Palamon will share joint governance.  The proposed merger of IDH and ADP is subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.

IDH is the largest dental corporate group in the UK and is focused on providing NHS dentistry in England, Wales and Scotland, with over two million patients and a network of 321 practices nationwide.  ADP is the third largest dental chain and the second largest provided of NHS dentistry in the UK with approximately 125 practices serving 1.5 million patients.
